  • Use the delegation tab to set permissions

  • Like Dai said, use the delegation.
    Add the group that you want to exclude.

    Deny the "Apply Policy" permission.
    Do not deny the "Read" permission.

  • Hello,

    in that view choose EDIT and then rightclick the GPO on top, here you have the properties tab
