ntoskrnl.exe cause high CPU RRS feed

    Hello, I need help with a CPU problem. ntoskrnl.exe always use 10% CPU all time. I have reinstall Windows but it not work. Using Process Explorer, it seems the problem is "ntoskrnl.exe KeSynchronizeExecution+0x28b0".
