Real World Network has trouble after HyperV setup

Question
-
I am running Windows 8 Pro, and have installed Hyper-V. I setup Windows XP Pro, and installed the add-ons. In Hyper-V I have connected the Virtual to an external network. When I do a clean start my real world can go online, and the Virtual World can go online. Every so often the real world fails to get a real IP address, but the Virtual World can still go online. If I disconnect from the network and reconnect, the real world machine still can not go online. If I disable the adapter, then re-enable the adapter, I still can't get online with the real world. This was done with both the VM running and the VM turned off.
What could be causing this and how can I correct this?
The wireless adapter I have it linked to is Intel(R) WiFi Link 1000 BGN.
In Network connections, I see that the wireless is bridged to Hyper-V Virtual Ethernet Adapter

You say you did an upgrade from 7 to 8, but did you go out to Intel's web site and download their latest driver for your wireless card? Any time there is a potential issue with a driver, it is always a good idea to check the vendor's web site to see if there are any later updates.

I removed the network links, and re-created them, and the issues appears to have disappeared so far.
Thanks

Where do you get your IP addresses from? Do you have enough that you won't run out?
Have you updated the wireless NIC's drivers? Wireless connectivity has always been messy with virtualization.

IP address is assigned from my Linksys Router, It assigns up to 100 different IP addresses, only have up to 5 computers on the network. I did an upgrade from 7 to 8 and it has the latest's drivers as of right now.
With Virtual PC in Windows 7 I never had any network issues with either the real world on Virtual.
