Biography
Work experience of around 13 years. I am an Electronics Engineer and MBA (specializing in Information Technology). I am an Australian Citizen and currently working for NEC Australia in Melbourne. My area of expertise is as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM architect. My role is that of a client consultant creating solutions and designing applications for client's business requirements. I design and implement dialogs, custom workflows, plug-ins, web resources and reports maximizing business automation through the Microsoft Dynamics CRM/XRM set-up. I am also responsible for integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 with Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010 using Scribe. My role is to build a flexible development environment for the customer around Microsoft Dynamics CRM/XRM which is easy to maintain and upgrade and sits well on their existing Windows setup. NEC Australia is one of Australia’s leading ICT companies, delivering a complete portfolio of solutions and services. Passed all MS CRM 2011 certifications.
