Biography
I’m a Consultant with experience working in the IT industry in both the Private and Public Sector. My experience covers Microsoft platform experience including Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011.
I have MCPD (.Net Web Development) and MCTS (Dynamics CRM)certificate from Microsoft to demonstrate my skills. I am an enthusiastic Consultant with Computer Science Degrees from both China and Australia and a Masters from Monash University.
I have a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation that will enable me to attain a high standard of excellence and performance to facilitate completion of duties within time and budget constraints using excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Understanding the importance of satisfying clients’ needs and expectations, I effectively support other team members and management to ensure efficient and accurate day-to-day operations.
