Symptoms
Unable to perform the backup operation and nothing was modified.
Cause
There is a serious disaster at the service side, as a result the backup and recovery settings would have been modfied.
Resolution
Some of the service side settings for policy or older recovery points have been recovered from last known state. You will need to verify the policy again, and apply policy changes. The backup will continue once policy verification is done.
