MBAM Enterprise Compliance Report and Hardware List

Issue


I have clients that are successfully saving recovery keys to the MBAM Recovery and Hardware Key database, but nothing is getting into the MBAM Compliance Status DB.  When I run the Enterprise Compliant Report I get zero computers at all. No errors, just zero computers. When I look in the Compliance DB on the SQL server there are no records. 
I have tried to manually run the CreateCache job and that has not resulted in any change.  And when I run the Hardware report (hardware.aspx off the main web page) to list machines in the inventory it also returns zero machines. Yet in the Recovery and Hardware Key DB I see over a dozen computers and their keys.

Some details about my config:
Both databases are on the same SQL server. 
I have the MBAM Recovery and Hardware service endpoint policy pointing to the MBAM web server using the /CoreService.svc 
I have the MBAM Status reporting service endpoint policy pointing to the same MBAM web server but using the /StatusReportingService.svc
Reporting interval on the client policy is longer than the status checking, but even after much longer periods of time than specified there is still no data.


Thoughts on how to resolve?
