To change your avatar image

Sign in to TechNet Wiki.
Click your user name on the upper right.
On your profile page, click Edit My Profile on the left side of the screen, under your avatar image.
In the Avatar section on the left, you can click the "X" on the upper-right corner of your avatar image to remove it.
Below the image, click the Browse button, navigate to your avatar image, and then click Open to select it.
Click Save.

NOTE: You can upload .GIF, .JPG, or .PNG image files of up to 4MB that do not violate the Terms of Use. However, your image will be converted to a 220X220 thumbnail.
