A missing network connection is a large problem for Windows computers that have recently suffered a BSOD. This can esially be fixed by doing a Windows reset. This function does not remove any files created before the time you set to reset to. So, if you set the reset backup time to Jan/1/2011, the computer will essicantly restore the computer's files, programs,  and settings to that time. To do this on a Windows 7 PC, just go to Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore. Then just select the restore date, and Windows will dot the rest!

Other methods:
  • Check Network connection manager service started.
  • Open the command prompt and execute the below commands one by one.
regsvr32 netman.dll
regsvr32 netshell.dll
regsvr32 netcfgx.dll

  • Each time it shows the particular dll file is successfully registered message.
  • Restart the computer and execute teh command ncpa.cpl and confirm.
