Issue

One or more iSCSI targets have been detected with unrestricted access to iSCSI initiators designated with "*".

 

Impact

Any iSCSI initiator designated as "*" can logon to the iSCSI target and access the associated VHDs.

 

Resolution

Change the iSCSI initiator designation from "*" to a specific initiator IQN. Unspecified iSCSI initiators will be unable to logon to the iSCSI target.
