How to Give Permission to a Client to Create Top Level Public Folder (Root Public Folder Tree) in Exchange 2010

If you want to give a Permission for a User to Create a Root PF folder

RBAC doesn’t have that option , so we got to give that manually in Active Directory

Lets say am using OWA to Create Public Folder (PF)
