Windows Vista: Issue When Renaming a Flash Drive

Windows Vista: Issue When Renaming a Flash Drive

I just purchased a SanDisk Cruzer Extreme Contour 8GB flash drive. When first plugging it into my Windows Vista Home Basic SP2 computer it was named Removable Disk. I then renamed it to EXTREME. Later that day I decided to rename it CRUZER. So I reformated it. It still appeared as EXTREME. So I ejected it and reinserted it. It still said EXTREME in Computer. But everywhere else it says CRUZER. How can I get it to say CRUZER everywhere in Vista?

Operating System= Windows Vista Home Basic SP2 on an Acer Aspire T180

P.S. It appears fine in XP.
