CTK Testing: ICOP eBox 3300

CTK Testing: ICOP eBox 3300

On the ICOP 3300 BSP, the following tests are known to fail with the issues described below:

Test Type

Description

DirectDraw tests (DDrawtk.dll)

Test IDs 102 (Verify Surface Creation) and 360 (Get Surface Desc) fail on the eBox 3300.

DirectDraw Functional Tests (DDFunc.dll)         Subtest IDs 518 and 618 hang after throwing 'Access Violation' exception

Subtest IDs 503, 542, 556, 603, 628, 641, 642 and 644 fail
DirectDraw Interface Tests (DDInts.dll) Subtest ID 1815 fails after throwing 'Access Violation' exception

Subtest IDs 516, 1808 and 3078 fail.
DirectDraw Bliting Tests (DDAutoblt.dll) The following subtest IDs fail -

1200, 1204, 1210, 1214, 1304, 1314, 2200, 2204, 2210, 2214, 2300, 2304, 2310, 2314

Graphics Device Interface tests (gdit.dll)

The following test cases are expected to fail  in the  gdit.dll Test Suite:

  • Test Case Number 215 (RoundRect)
  • Test Case Number 218 (StretchBlt)
  • Test Case Number 220 (StretchDIBits)
  • Test Case Number 231 (AlphaBlend)
  • Test Case Number 1100 (DrawTextW)
  • Test Case Number 1101 (ExtTextOut)

Two-card network card miniport driver test (ndt_2c6.dll)

For the Two-Card Network Card Miniport Driver Test (ndt_2c6.dll), subtest IDs 3 and 4 fail on the eBox-3300 Platform. The failure occurs because the subtests expect a minimum of 32 multicast addresses, when the Ethernet adapter driver supports only 3 multicast addresses.

One-card network card miniport driver (NDIS 6) test (ndt_1c6.dll)

After running the One-Card Test (ndt_1c6.dll), the eBox-3300 stops working with the next key stroke and does not respond to subsequent input from the mouse/keyboard connected to it. To work around this issue, restart the device.

Winsock tests (perf_winsock2.dll)

The following subtests fail on the eBox for the R6040 adapter:

  • Subtest ID 1005 (TCP Recv Throughput Nagle Off)
  • Subtest ID 2001 (TCP Send Throughputs for 10%-100% of the max CPU usage)
  • Subtest ID 2003 (TCP Send Throughputs Nagle Off for 10%-100% of the max CPU usage)
  • Subtest ID 2004 (TCP Recv Throughputs Nagle Off for 10%-100% of the max CPU usage)
  • Subtest ID 2005 (TCP Send/Recv Throughputs for 10%-100% of the max CPU usage)

The following subtests fails/hang on the ebox3300.

  • Test id 1001 Bulk Normal Perf Test
  • Test id 1002 Interrupt Normal Perf Test

USB Host tests (usbtest.dll)

Some subtests in USB Host tests (Golden Bridge setup) are failing for Full Speed Non-Regular packet size configuration. The failures are mostly under the Simultaneous  & Isochronous loopback tests.

Also several subtests are failing with normal setup for both High speed and Full speed.
