SharePoint 2013 Best Practices How to Create a Development Environment: Disable Windows Firewall

Go back to Creating a Dev Environment
  1. Win+Q
  2. Type Control
  3. Click Control Panel.
  4. Select System and Security > Windows Firewall > Turn Windows Firewall on or off.
  5. Turn off Windows Firewall for both Private network settings and Public network settings.
  6. Click OK and close Control Panel.
