Go back to Creating a Dev Environment
  1. Open Control Panel.
  2. Click Set the time and date.
  3. Click Change time zone...
  4. I'll go for UTC +1:00, since I'm pretty near Amsterdam.
  5. Click OK.
  6. If you need to, change the Time as well (via Change date and time).
  7. Click OK when you're done and close Control Panel.
