2. What are the minimum Lync Server version requirements for the mobile clients to register?
The backend Lync Server must have the February 2013 Cumulative Updates installed. You can download the latest updates from the Updates for Lync Server 2013 page on the Microsoft Support site.
Note: Support for Lync Mobile Clients is built into the product, but service must be enabled by running Step 3 in the above KB. Also, Lync Server 2010 doesn’t support the latest mobile clients, as there is no support for UCWA.
3. Will legacy mobile clients be able to register against the Lync Server 2013 February 2013 Cumulative Update?
Yes. Lync Server 2013 February 2013 Cumulative Update supports both UCWA for latest mobile clients, as well as Mcx for legacy clients.
4. Are there any changes in supporting the Push Notifications feature?
