I’m pleased to announce that the updated Microsoft Lync Server 2013 Documentation Help File is now available to download.
We hope you’re excited about the new features, functionality, and tools we documented for the Cumulative Updates for Microsoft Lync Server 2013: February 2013 release.
But, we’ve also been busy responding to your feedback on the Lync Server 2013 Technical Library content we released in October 2012. You’re probably aware of the ongoing updates to the Technical Library, but now these updates have been integrated into a downloadable CHM file that you can read offline. (The most current information is always available in the Technical Library before we make it available offline.)
Here are some of the more notable changes in this release:
Documentation about new features and functionality is available in both online and offline formats.
Documentation for our new tools is also available online and offline. However, offline tools content is included with the tool downloads in the Microsoft Download Center. Meanwhile, online content for tools is available with the rest of the documentation in the Technical Library. (This is similar to how we provided documentation for previous versions of Lync Server and Lync Server tools.)
Documentation for tools that released with the Cumulative Updates for Microsoft Lync Server 2013: February 2013 includes the following:
Earlier this month, we released another tool, the Lync Connectivity Analyzer. You can read about the Lync Connectivity Analyzer at Using Lync Connectivity Analyzer.
To see what else has changed, see the Lync Server 2013 Technical Library on TechNet or download the Microsoft Lync Server 2013 Documentation Help File.
