[TROUBLESHOOTING] Receiving Event ID 1000 with Faulting Application mmsscrpt.exe

PROBLEM STATEMENT

You are running an Export on an Active Directory Management Agent or GalSync Management Agent where you are provisioning to Microsoft Exchange 2010.  If you disable provisioning then everything runs fine, except that you are not making the call to the Exchange PowerShell CMDLET Update-Recipient.

You check the Application Event Log, and discover Event ID 1000 and the Source is Application Error.
