Move Mailbox in Exchange Server 2013 Using CSV

Although it was delayed from the first part due to busy schedule and we had to do enough research breaking the lab and rebuilding the same.

Lets explore the Local Mailbox Migration using CSV.

Figure 1 : Option to select

Under Recipients > Mailboxes select “…” and Select “Export data to a CSV file”.

In figure 2 select the option what you want. I have selected the default one.

Figure 3 : Exported Data

In figure 3 the exported data is available in CSV format. Modify as per your requirement. I would be removing Administrator mailbox from the list.

Figure 4 : Migration

In figure 4 Under Recipients > Migration Select  “+” and Select “Move to a different database”.

In figure 6 you will get an error as above. Modify the CSV file as shown below.
