Problem

When you try to open Active Directory Users and Computers tool you see the following error:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error; "The Application has requested the runtime to terminate it in a unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information"

Resolution

1. Open Active Directory Sites and Services (dssite.msc)
2. Click File, click Options, and then click Disk Cleanup
3. Click Delete Files
