ISSUE: You entered in an alias in the Alias List dialog box, and when you click Next and the following error message displays "The email address JohnD@somewhere.com is not the primary SMTP address." CAUSE: It is possible that the person that you entered has multiple email addresses. SOLUTION: Find out if they have an alternate email address, for example "John.Doe" rather than "JohnD". User Feedback: I have both jane.doe@microsoft.com and janed as alias entered. No dice. Still returns either the message that my email address is "not the primary SMTP address" ...restarting computer didn't help.
ISSUE: You ran the CalendarAnalytics.exe setup program and prerequisites such as VSTO Runtime and .NET Framework has prompted you to reboot. After the reboot, an error message appears stating that Windows Installer cannot find the .MSI. CAUSE: In some instances, such as installing from a Shared drive or USB Drive, Windows Installer does not copy the .MSI to the Windows temp folder. SOLUTION: Re-run the CalendarAnalytics.exe setup program after the reboot.

Regarding this issue noted above: "The email address ________ is not the primary SMTP address." message box. Using my internal email alias or external first.last@microsoft.com still gives me this error. I'm on Direct Access, is that a restriction?
Hi, this tool was exactly what i was lookking for, but even I have the "Incomplete Calendar Download
" any sugestion on what to do?
Pretty lame solution for the 'Incomplete Calendar Download'... :-/
Agree with Tony Robyn "Pretty lame solution for the 'Incomplete Calendar Download' - I called tech support but that just made my phone ring :-(.
Can you give us some detail on what versions/SP of Exchange this tool is known to work on ?. The download page specifies client side 9Excel 2010 etc) but not server side.
We are in Aus, so would date/time settings on clients or servers have anything to do with it ?
We have Exchange 2007 SP3 (Version 08.03.0159.002), Win7/Office2010 32bit.
Any more clues / ideas welcome - I really want that graph of my meetings so i know how busy I am !
Why does this required Exchange 2010 SP1 to work? I have Exchange 2007 and I get "The specified server version is invalid" from the SOAP call. In the packet it is sending <t:RequestServerVersion Version="Exchange2010_SP1" />
Can't you add the version selection as a parameter?
Please help, when I click "Refresh All in Calendar and Analytics Office365 enter my account and password, go to the Alias field, always put anything and after that I try to connect and the following error appears:" Autodiscover service not be contacted . Please Ensures that you are connected to the Exchange by myemail@mydomain.com domain use, must share this email account and your Windows domain credentials "thanks!
When people are tracking time what metric type to they need the most?
When a contractor turns their time in every week what metric does the contract agency pay them off of?
When a company ask you to assign your time to a project and they request you to track your time weekly what common metric type do they use?
The number one most important results that anyone who is using any type of time tracking tool is?
The answer for all these questions are the same:
Total hours (Sum)for the time period requested under the pretty picture in the calendar tool under details!
Next Question:
Why would anyone in the details page add the totals from left to right to get the totals per day but not top to bottom to get the totals for the time period requested?
How do you correct the mistake of this tool and add a permanent calculation that provides the totals for the time period on the details page under the pretty picture where it should be?
I can get the totals from the power pivot in a new table…. This does not help me as I now have to do a bunch of manual work, copy paste, amateur nonsense as this is now turned to a manual tool.
