If you soft Delete a Item (delete Key) - It goes to "Deleted Items folder". If you hard Delete a Item - Example- (Shift+Delete) - It goes Directly to Dumpster - Which can be accessed using “Recover Deleted Items”. So,Even if you delete item from the deleted items from your outlook 2010, you can go to the tab under folder on the main page of the outlook 2010 and click “Recover Deleted Items” and view the items on the list.
