  • great wiki effort here. thanks.

  • Awesome job on putting this together Tom, love your work.

  • I have the GN9330 (jabra). Others can hear me, but I cannot hear them. It works fine with Mac OSX 10.7.2 apps playing sound, but not with Lync.

  • Tim, 2 things: 1) Go ahead and edit the article placing this in the failed section with the comments. 2) Can you first check if the latest firmware makes a difference as it seemed a positive factor in the devices I tested.

  • Jabra GO6400 does NOT work as an audio device.

  • My QuickCam Pro 5000 works on Lion with FaceTime and skype but won't work with lync.

  • Great article. I’m a bit disappointed, that Lync for Mac has so many problems, compared to the microsoft version. Skype for Mac with a Jabra Pro 9400 works like a charm, as does Lync for Windows. Lync for Mac (14.0.2) does not (no sound). On top of the missing functionality (no whiteboard, office sharing etc.) this prevents me, from deploying it on all company sites we have. Really a shame.

  • OMG, thank you for doing this. I will be refering to this as I put together a list of devices we can recommend to Mac users at our office.
