How to Find the Group Policy You Need

It is not an easy task to find the Group Policy for the task/action you need to manage.

Of course there is an Excel Sheet for it, but it is not the best way to search and find if you do not know exactly what you are looking for.

Better and easy to use for collaboration is the Group Policy Search Tool, available for your browser and/or your Windows Phone 7.

With this tool you can add a Search Provider and a Search Accelerator for your Internet Explorer or a Search Connector for your Windows 7. [Find them in the settings menu]

Or you share your finding using the one-click copy feature in the copy menu:

It is also possible to filter the search to specific products and/or versions:

And if you want to change the display and search language, you can use one of these languages:

  • English
  • German
  • French
  • Spanish
  • Italian

With this tool there is no excuse not to use Group Policies for your client management!
