Configurating MAP-tool

When running the MAP-tool we get below error:

The MAP tool did not work because the tool is looking for the default ports for MS SQL….
We have hardened all our databases and we changed the default ports.
So, the tool will never find or discover our database servers.

Who knows an answer how to fix this?
