SharePoint 2010: MsiInstaller Errors (1015)

When I try to use User Profile Application via Central Administration the following warnings are logged in the Event Viewer:

Solution:

Grant the Network Service account read access to the %programfiles%\Microsoft Office Servers\14.0 folder. If the user is not in the list, add Network Service
