How to check Ghosting state of pages

The CustomizedPageStatus property of SPFile will help to identify if a page/webpart definition or any custom artifact is ghosted.

In order to get the ghosted path, we can check SPFile.Properties["vti_setuppath"] to get the path of the file in the 14 hive feature folder.
