Introduction

If you look at BizTalk Server from a certain viewpoint you can roughly divide it into three categories: deployment, development, and administration.  Development is crucial for building BizTalk applications. A BizTalk application is container of BizTalk artifacts. Some of which are developed through Visual Studio like schemas, pipelines, orchestrations and maps.
