SCVMMのデータベースを他のサーバーへ移動する方法 (ja-JP)

さまざまな理由からSCVMMのデータベースを他のサーバーへ移動する必要があるかもしれません。このような状況は、ローカルからリモートSQLや、スタンドアロンSQLからSQLクラスターへ移動させる際に発生します。次の説明はSCVMMパースペクティブからこの移動を完了させる方法のガイドラインとして提示されます。

重要！ この操作に取り掛かる前にSCVMMデータベースの完全なバックアップを取得しておくことを強く推奨します。

バックアップとSQLデータベースの移動のタスクを完了させるには2つの方法があります。SQL Server Management StudioもしくはSCVMMに含まれるscvmmrecover.exeツールのどちらかを利用できます。

方法1 - SQL Server Management Studioの利用

SCVMMデータベースを他のサーバーへ移動させる方法 (ローカルからリモートSQLへ)
  1. VMM DBのバックアップを取得します。
  2. 「データの保持」オプションとともにVMMをアンインストールします。
  3. リモートSQL Server上でVMM DBをインポートします。
  4. 新しいSQL Serverを指定してVMMをインストールし、インポートしたVMM DBを利用するようにします。
  5. もしいくつかの管理ホストがアクセス拒否の状態になっている場合、右クリックして「再関連付け」を選択します。
方法2 - scvmmrecover.exeツールの利用
