Sintoma


Ao acessar o endereço https://servidor/ecp mostra a seguinte mensagem de erro: Unexpected Error. An error occurred and your request couldn't be completed. Please try again. Conforme imagem abaixo:
 

Solução

 

 1. Clique no Iniciar e digite CMD. Clique com o botão direito do mouse em CMD e escolha Executar como Administrador
 
2. No CMD vá ao diretorio \windows\system32\
 
3. Digite lodctr /R e tecle ENTER.

4. Digite o comando IISReset para reiniciar o serviço do IIS.
