  • My CRM shows version number as 5.0.9690.3242, which is not listed in above list. Can I use SDK 5.0.15 with my crm version?

  • @Makarand occasionally Microsoft may push out minor updates or hotfixes to Update Rollups, in that case the version number you have may be subtly different to that which is published.  If your version number falls between two published version numbers, your version is essentially the earlier one.

    In your specific case you number falls between UR12 and UR13, therefore assume yours is UR12 and corresponds to SDK5.0.14.   That's not to say it's impossible to use SDK5.0.15, however be aware that it may cause problems.
