SharePoint 2010: Metro Style for Every Site on SharePoint 2010

Microsoft shows every day something’s new about Windows 8 and Server 8. And the biggest change is of course the "Metro" style on Windows.

Bil Simser created a new way to have the metro Style on SharePoint to.

The biggest advantage is, that when you ever create a new site the web part will be automatically "updated" and it will be accessed by the blue cases.

How to configure it?

  • Download the 2 JavaScript’s and put it on your Site Assets (With SharePoint Designer)
  • Edit your page and put a “Content Editor”
  • Modify the WebPart and add the link to your JS
