Take the backup of the Registry before making folowing change:

Resolution

1- Navigate to HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager.
2- Delete the PendingFileRenameOperations multi-string key.
3- Try to run the setup wizard again.
