In infrastructure, managing and controlling privacy is an important issue. As an administrator, you might be able to access a PC remotely for troubleshooting or see all personal share folders of other users. In some cases, your employees might concern about their privacy that they have private files that belong to them personally and they don’t want anyone else be able to access them. As an administrator, you should only allow access to locations and areas that are necessary for administrator purposes. You should always assign trustworthy people as administrator. It is always good idea to discuss about privacy with your employee and tell them what you are monitoring and why are you monitoring them. What area you could access and why it is like that. Also, guide them to protect their privacy, for example by encrypt their personal folder that they won’t be accessible accidentally for example during troubleshooting process. Some of issues that you should concern when you deal with privacy in private cloud are as follow:

• Explain the role of administrator and introduce people who are taking charge.
• Explain about resources that you have access and tell them why.
• Explain about resources and anything that you are monitoring.
• For things that are being recorded, such as log files, explain about how long they will remains.
• In case of privacy incident, explain how it will handle. For example, if during monitoring a user or group of users, if you accidentally gain access to personal data how you will handle that.
• Explain about organization’s policy and privacy statement.
• Discuss with management about privacy of their employee and suggest some plan.

Keep privacy in an organization will establish trust between employees and company. They will become motivate to do their jobs and organization’s environment will run in two ways trust. It is good idea to have meeting with employees, managements and other stakeholders and ask them for suggestion and feedback on privacy system.
